Notes:	J.F. Myers was named guardian of several of the children of Denie Hilton and John Wesley Threatt, after John Wesley Threatt died in December, 1880. The records are listed in the Court of Probate, Chesterfield Co., South Carolina, and are available through the SC State Archives, Columbia, SC. The Myers family moved west to Texas with related Threatt and Carnes families. Many of these families continue in the counties east of Dallas, Texas.
