A photo of her husband, Milton Brown, was included in the Civil War photo album of Lula Feaster, the half-sister of Emma's niece, Emeline "Emma" E. Feaster. The album also pictured a man identified only as "Farmer" and a woman "Miss Earl", who may be relatives of Emma Farmer.
